At Techtronix Direct, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery timeframes, and policies.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods such as holidays.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over a qualifying amount. The current threshold will be displayed at checkout. Take advantage of this offer by adding eligible items to your cart.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website or through your account on our store.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly longer than standard estimates for the contiguous United States.

We also ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for standard shipping. Expedited and overnight options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.


International Shipping

Techtronix Direct ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to legal or carrier regulations. If your order contains a restricted item, you will be notified during checkout or by our team after your order is placed.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To report a damaged or lost shipment, please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Techtronix Direct is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
