Refund Policy

At Techtronix Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened software or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@techtronixdirect.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send items back without first receiving an RMA number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay

If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@techtronixdirect.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
